• hide its news, as we saw above,
• limit what this user sees of your publications,
• remove access to its publications where you have been identified to preserve your privacy. 

    Not all of these actions are reported to the affected user and may be enough for you before you get to the outright block that removes the user from your friend's list and prevents them from contacting you again.
